The second Peterborough Big Sleep Out event took place on Friday 14th March 2025 at Peterborough United’s football stadium. The event gave participants an insight into what homeless people experience every night.
Those who took part helped to make a big difference in increasing awareness of homelessness as well as raising vital funds to help those who are in desperate need within Peterborough.
The Sleep Out was supported and organised with the Posh Foundation who are passionate about helping those who are homeless or sleeping rough within the city. Funds raised will be split between the two charities and will all go towards projects benefitting the community in Peterborough.
Krispy Cod performed live music and was a particular highlight for many participants. There was also a quiz based on homelessness, the two charities as well as the history of Peterborough. Some participants slept outside and braved the weather.
